What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking passionate doulas who share our commitment to providing personalized, expert care. Ideal candidates will have:
- A certification in postpartum doula or newborn care specialist work or related training
- Experience supporting families with newborns (in-home experience preferred)
- Compassionate, non-judgmental care practices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with families and team members
- Willing to serve at least one of the following counties: Davis, Salt Lake, Utah, Weber, Summit
Requirements to Join Our Team:
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a background check
- Your own LLC for your Postpartum Doula or Newborn Care Specialist business
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to work within our agency’s service area
- Desire to come to team meetings and work together as a group
- Understanding and adherence to our agency’s policies, including confidentiality and professional boundaries

We proudly serve families across Northern Utah. Key areas include:
- Davis County
- Salt Lake County
- Weber County
- Summit County
- Utah County
If you’re outside our main service area but are interested in joining, let us know—we’re open to expanding for the right candidates.
A Day in the Life of a Doula at Our Agency:
As a doula on our team, you’ll support families in a variety of ways, including:
- Providing emotional and physical support during the postpartum period
- Assisting with newborn care, such as diapering, swaddling, and soothing techniques
- Offering guidance on infant feeding (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or pumping)
- Helping families establish healthy sleep habits for their newborns
- Light household tasks like meal prep, laundry, or tidying up baby items (within agreed-upon limits)
- Meal prep only shifts are offered by certain doulas upon request
