Our goal is to maximize meal output during each session. Depending on your preferences and the complexity of the recipes, a typical 4-hour daytime shift can produce multiple batches of meals and snacks for your fridge or freezer. Overnights are similar - but keep in mind we are also watching baby and will prioritize their wellbeing, over meals! We can adjust based on your desired meal variety and storage preferences.
Yes, but we make it easy! We’ll provide you with a customized grocery list ahead of time so you can have everything ready. If you need help with grocery shopping, let us know—we can discuss options. We’ve had clients have us pick up groceries for them or do the shopping during a shift as well, it’s all based on your needs and preferences.
The overnight option combines personalized meal prep with hands-on newborn care. While you sleep, we’ll batch-cook recovery meals and snacks, feed and soothe your baby, and leave you with a clean kitchen and a stocked fridge. Unlike daytime prep only focused on food, overnight shifts also provide full newborn support so you can truly rest.
