At Bountiful Doulas, we prioritize meeting you where you’re at—whether you’re hoping for small tweaks or a full sleep transformation.
The timeline depends on your child’s age, sleep needs, and your family’s goals. Many families see significant improvements within 7-10 days (and often less) during our Two-Week Sleep Coaching Package. For smaller adjustments, like overcoming regressions, results can appear even faster. We’ll guide you at every step to ensure you see progress.
Sleep coaching isn’t a one-size-fits-all process, which is why we personalize each plan to fit your child’s unique needs. If something isn’t working, we’ll adjust the plan during the two weeks of ongoing support to ensure you’re moving toward better sleep. Our goal is to troubleshoot, refine, and get results together.
Not at all! Our sleep coaching respects your feeding choices and supports night feedings when they’re developmentally appropriate. We work with you to find a sustainable balance that meets your needs while improving sleep for both you and your baby.
